Contract: By hiring garment(s) from Suited For Him (“SFH"), the customer agrees to the terms and conditions below. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and adhere to these terms and conditions.
Transaction: Bookings are secured once the hire fee has been paid in full (or 50% deposit) and cleared, 100% is to be paid in full prior to the dispatch of the garment(s).
Hiring Period: Each garment hired will be collected (where possible) by the customer the day of the event, or 1 business day prior to the event.
Damaged Garment(s): The customer will be held responsible for the condition of the garment(s), not including normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear will be assessed at the discretion of SFH. In the event the garment is deemed irreparable the client will have 7 days after returning the item to pay the invoice to replace the destroyed garment.
Cancellations: 50% of the total hire fee will be reimbursed if cancelled up to 7 days prior to collection date. The hire fee is non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of collection date.
Dry Cleaning: IS NOT included in the hire price; no attempts are to be made to clean and/or iron/press the garment(s). Dry cleaning must only be conducted by New City Dry Cleaners.
The garment(s) are to be returned by the client to NCDC no later than the next business day following the event. Garment(s) returned later this time will incur a daily late payment fee of 25% of the hire price. Dry cleaning cost: $20 Jacket, $30 2 Piece Suit & $40 3 Piece Suit (included shirt).
Non-Returns: If the garment(s) have not been returned to SFH within 7 days of the original due date, the garment(s) will be deemed a “non-return” and SFH will invoice the customer 200% of the RRP (the RRP is at the discretion of SFH in the event the product is no longer for sale).
